At J. Morehead The Fish Factory, you’ll find original pieces handcrafted from repurposed objects into fin-tastic art mostly resembling fish. We do not create commissioned art as each piece comes together with a little help from the artist, John Morehead, in its own way. We like to think any fin is possible if you believe it!
About the Artist
John Morehead is a self taught artist whose passion is creating whimsical fish sculptures from found objects. It is the repurposing of discarded everyday items combined with scraps of wood and various metals of different shapes, textures, and color, that give each piece its own personality. John lives in Norwood, NC on Lake Tillery… where the Fish Factory is right at home.
